MONUSCO passe déjà à l’étape de la matérialisation de « SPRINGBOK».Le commandant de la force Onusienne, Général de Corps d’Armée Otávio Rodrigues de Miranda Filho a dit ce lundi 6 novembre 2023 que l’opération est prête à défier toute menace et protéger la population de Goma. Il a tenu ces propos lors de sa visite sur une des positions des casques bleus au front de Sake, à 30 kilomètres de Goma,c’est dans le territoire de Masisi.
