A massacre at a safe distance: this is how one could dryly describe the M142 missile strike “HIMARS” launched by Ukraine on the small island of Dzharylhach, located between northern Crimea and southern Oblast Kherson.

According to Newsweek or CNN, which echo Ukrainian media such as Euromaidan Press, and although the figure cannot be verified at this stage, it is about 200 Russian soldiers who would have lost their lives in a few moments, at the same time as much of their equipment was erased from the face of the Earth.

A mistake reminiscent of another, in June, when dozens of Russian soldiers had in the same way been killed by a HIMARS strike, while they were waiting near Kreminna for a high-ranking officer, late to serve them a speech.

In occupied zones, Ukrainian resistance in action

The Kyiv Post,who also echoed this attack, the exact date of which is not yet known, said that the information provided by the Ukrainian resistance forces, on the Russian and occupied side of the battlefield, was useful in the preparation of this coup on Dzharylhach, as they affirmed on Facebook
