NB: Lors de l’étape entre la cinquième section et la douzième section, qui est l’année du baccalauréat, tout élève qui améliore son niveau peut accéder à la meilleure école.
Celui qui était dans la meilleure école et dont le niveau est faible, passera inévitablement à un niveau inférieur.
Le plus important est que l’élève n’abandonne pas l’école.
Les années obligatoires pour tout élève à l’école sont de neuf ans.
Ensuite, il a le droit d’abandonner l’école… mais il doit chercher une école professionnelle ou une formation professionnelle.
Si un élève est absent de l’école au cours des neuf premières années pendant seulement cinq minutes,l’école appelle à la maison pour s’enquérir de la raison de son absence.
Si l’élève refuse d’aller à l’école, il est amené par la police avec une équipe de psychologues et sociologues, en plus de l’état en charge de l’office de la jeunesse pour en connaître le motif…
Si le motif est familial… c’est résolu à l’amiable… et s’il n’est pas possible de le résoudre, c’est fait.
Retirer l’enfant des parents afin que l’enfant grandisse dans des conditions normales.
Chaque enfant a droit à des loisirs, à des sports, à une alimentation saine et à la stabilité familiale.
Si l’Etat découvre que l’un de ces motifs est défectueux, il interviendra.
✓Stage universitaire : C’est le secret du progrès de l’Allemagne.
L’université est répartie en Allemagne dans chaque petite ville, quel que soit son type. Chaque recoin d’une ville fait l’objet de recherches universitaires en matière d’économie, de technologies, de géographie, de psychologie et de sociologie.
Aucun individu de la société ne peut être séparé de la recherche scientifique universitaire.
Quant aux facultés de médecine, elles sont présentes dans chaque hôpital et dans chaque maison de retraite, et les étudiants étudient l’éthique et la compassion avant qu’ils puissent exercer ce métier noble.
L’étudiant en médecine doit d’abord effectuer un premier exercice d’application d’une durée de trois mois dans l’Ehpad, afin d’essuyer les selles du vieillard et de la femme.
Et le médecin en Allemagne ne travaille pas seulement à l’hôpital, mais aussi dans les maisons de repos, les hôpitaux pour enfants, les hôpitaux psychiatriques…
Les hôpitaux sont répartis dans toute la ville et ils sont presque égaux en équipements et en cadres.
Il n’est pas possible pour un intermédiaire d’intervenir ou de payer un pot-de-vin pour que quelqu’un étudie la médecine.
