Les forces de l’ordre ont fait part de leurs trouvailles sur les réseaux sociaux ce vendredi 11 février 2022.
Quatre opérations importantes réalisées “ces derniers jours” ont permis à la police nationale de Guyane de saisir plusieurs tonnes d’éléments illicites. Les forces de l’ordre ont partagé l’information ce vendredi 11 février sur leur page Facebook. Les missions menées concernaient surtout la délinquance et les stupéfiants. Les policiers sont intervenus à Saint-Laurent du Maroni, à Cayenne et à Matoury.
Plus de 60 kg de cannabis et 2,1 kg de cocaïne saisis
Dans la nuit du jeudi 10 au vendredi 11 février 2022, la BAC a interpellé un véhicule à Cayenne. Quatre dealers présumés, armés d’un pistolet automatique, s’y trouvaient. Ces derniers transportaient “plus de 120 grammes de cocaïne et de la résine de cannabis prêts à la revente”, indique la police nationale. Les équipages de la BAC ont saisi tous les ustensiles nécessaires au trafic, mais aussi 2 000 euros en espèce.
A Saint-Laurent, le Service Territorial de Police aux Frontières (STPAF) a découvert 60 kg de cannabis dans une pirogue venant du Suriname. A la suite d’investigations supplémentaires, et avec l’aide de la douane, ils ont également saisi plus de trois tonnes de produits de contrefaçon et de marchandise de contrebande. Ces éléments, trouvés dans une maison de Saint-Laurent, ont une valeur estimée à 13 000 euros.
