A. Préparation de l’apocalypse attribué au Col T.Bagosora
Qui croirait que la fameuse allégation de préparation de l’apocalypse, attribuée au Colonel Bagosora, a été propagée par Patrick Mazimpaka, qui était l’un des leaders représentants le FPR lors des négociations entre le FPR Inkotanyi et le gouvernement rwandais à Arusha. C’est Patrick Mazimpaka qui a couru dans les couloirs du “Centre de Conférence International d’Arusha-AICC” (AICC est le grand bâtiment qui abritait ces négociations) le 04 août 1993, juste après que les deux parties aient signé l’accord de paix. Selon Mazimpaka, le Colonel lui avait confié qu’il allait préparer l’apocalypse. C’est ainsi que l’allégation de Mazimpaka est devenue une vérité avalée par le monde entier sans aucune vérification de sa sincérité! Heureusement, le TPIR a conclu que les affirmations de Mazimpaka n’avaient aucune valeur probante.
B. Le fameux fax de Dallaire
Le Canadien, un fervent partisan, sinon un enthousiaste supporteur, du RPF, a dirigé la MINUAR, une mission de paix de l’ONU qui a joué un rôle crucial dans l’affaiblissement des forces armées rwandaises (FAR). Nous reviendrons prochainement, sur ce commandant et les informations surprenantes qu’il prétendait avoir reçues de Turatsinze Jean Pierre, un membre des Interahamwe, affirmant détenir des informations importantes sur le complot du MRND visant à éliminer les Tutsis. A cet époque, Dallaire a rapidement envoyé un message au siège des Nations Unies à New York, alertant d’un génocide imminent. Pour Dallaire, les paroles de Turatsinze (qui a été plus tard tuée dans des circonstances suspectes après que Dallaire eut ignoré ses supplications pour l’évacuer, convertir son argent en dollars et protéger sa famille, demandes sur lesquelles Dallaire n’a pas agi) constituaient des preuves suffisantes d’un génocide.
C. Prétendue lettre d’expulsion de feu la reine Rosalie Gicanda
C’est le porte-étendard de la propagande rwandaise sur le génocide, Mr Bizimana Jean Damascène, qui lira publiquement une lettre qu’il a attribuée au maire de la commune de Nivelle en Belgique. Dans cette lettre, Bizimana affirme que la commune de Nivelle a enjoint la Reine à quitter rapidement le territoire belge. L’aspect le plus surprenant est que Mr Bizimana, qui prétend être un docteur en droit international, en fabriquant un mensonge flagrant, a oublié le principe de “territorialité” en droit international public. Bizimana s’est piégé dans ses mensonges en affirmant que le maire de Nivelle interdisait à la reine de tenter à se rendre même aux Pays-Bas et au Luxembourg (bien sûr, il faisait référence à la communauté de Benelux).
– Premièrement, la Reine avait un visa valide pour circuler librement en Belgique, et d’autres sources mentionnent même qu’à son retour au Rwanda, elle avait également visité la Suisse, un fait que Bizimana a omis de mentionner.
– Deuxièmement, des informations non vérifiées suggèrent que la Reine voyageait avec un passeport diplomatique délivré par le gouvernement rwandais. Si tel est le cas, il serait presque impossible pour les autorités belges de décider de lui ordonner de quitter le pays sans en informer les autorités rwandaises.
– Troisièmement, un maire belge n’a pas l’autorité de restreindre le droit à la libre circulation sur le territoire néerlandais ou luxembourgeois.
– Quatrièmement, Bizimana mentionne que le maire exécutait une décision du ministre belge de la Défense. Les questions liées à la migration sont exclusivement traitées au niveau du ministère de l’Intérieur, et non par le ministère de la Défense.
– Cinquièmement, cette lettre n’a jamais existé. Si elle avait existé, une copie circulerait déjà dans les médias et sur les réseaux sociaux.
