Un génocide est un crime universel qui interpelle chaque être humain sur terre. Falsifier son histoire pour une raison ou une autre est une façon de le minimiser et un mépris envers les victimes de ce génocide. Ainsi, falsifier l’histoire du génocide contre les Tutsis est une atteinte à la mémoire des disparus et une insulte aux survivants de ce genocide.
Aujourd’hui le 23 Mars 2025, le Président rwandais, Paul Kagame a dit que les Nations Unis(NU) n’a pas intervenu au Rwanda en 1994 pour arrêter le génocide à cause de la France et de la Belgique(voir ci-bàs extrait du journal IGIHE dans la langue locale). Les FAITS! Au moment où on discutait aux NU d’envoyer une force pour arrêter le génocide, le FPR de Kagame a envoyé ses deux émissaires à New York le 30 AVRIL 1994, pour dire que le Génocide contre les Tutsis est fini. Que la plupart des Tutsis ont été tués et d’autres ont fui. Et que, donc, ils vont considérér toute armée de NU envoyée au Rwanda comme une force ennemie.
C’est, donc, le FPR de Kagame, lui-même, qui a empêché les Nations Unis d’intervenir au Rwanda pour arrêter le genocide perpétré contre les Tutsis. Je n’invente pas ça. La preuve vient du FPR lui-même. La voici, ci-bàs: un communiqué du FPR du 30 AVRIL 1994, signé par les deux émissaires du FPR, Gérald Gahima et Claude Dusayidi. En tant que rwandais, mais surtout en tant que survivants de ce genocide, nous avons la responsabilité d’établir la vérité si elle est falsifiée. Apparemment, le Président Kagame a oublié ce qu’il a ordonné dans le passé. Puisqu’il parle de cette intervention de NU, c’est notre devoir de lui rapeller ce qu’il a fait, surtout quand ça concerne notre histoire.
Personne, qui qu’il soit, ne peut raconter aux rwandais n’importe quoi sur cette période sombre de notre pays qui a emporté les nôtres. Nous sommes les témoins oculaires de cette période. Notre mémoire est encore intacte et il y a les archives.
J’emprunte au Président Kagame sa phrase: “ les faits sont têtus”, Monsieur le Président! Voici ci-bàs, vos ordres écrits noir sur blanc, pour empêcher l’intervention de Nations Unis pour arrêter le génocide contre les Tutsis en 1994. Assumez votre responsabilité! C’est ça, le leadership!
