Inama yemeje ko Perezida Tshisekedi azamenyesha bagenzi be ibyavuye muri ibyo biganiro.
Uretse ibyemejwe ku ruhande rwa Politiki, hanafashwe imyanzuro ya gisirikare.
Imyanzuro ikomeza ivuga ko “hashingiwe ku byemeranyijweho nyuma y’inama ya mbere y’abakuru b’ibihugu bijyanye no kwihutisha ishyirwaho ry’umutwe w’akarere wafasha mu gukumira, aho bibaye ngombwa, kurwanya iyi mitwe yitwaje intwaro; iyi nama yemeje ishyirwa mu nshingano ryihuse ry’uwo mutwe.”
Hemejwe ko igenamigambi rijyanye ry’uwo mutwe “rihita ritangira”, mu biganiro n’inzego zose bireba zo mu karere.

Imyanzuro y’iyo nama igaragaza ko kugira ngo ibyemejwe mu buryo bwa politiki na gisirikare bishoboke, aba bayobozi bashyizweho amabwiriza ajyanye n’ibi biganiro.

Imitwe ikomoka muri Congo irimo nka Nyatura, Mai Mai na yo igenda yigabanyamo amoko menshi, Raia Mutomboki n’indi myinshi.
Imitwe ituruka mu mahanga nayo yafatiwe ibyemezo. Ni ukuvuga nka FDLR y’abanyarwanda,Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) na Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) ikomoka muri Uganda, ndetse na The National Liberation Forces (FNL) na RED Tabara ikomoka mu Burundi.
