Yongeraho ko byaba ari ukwibeshya kwibaza ko u Rwanda ruri gufata gusa amafanga ngo rwakire abimukira, ati: “Ntabwo rwose turi mu bucuruzi bw’abantu, ahubwo turimo gufasha.”
