Le requérant, procureur général de la République du Rwanda, demande des ordonnances pour que, l’audition du renvoi no 36 de 2020 soit entendue et déterminée par un tribunal plénier considérant que la question est d’une importance immense qui attirera l’attention du public, qu’elle implique de nombreuses lois, législations, pratiques et principes complexes et que le demandeur subira un préjudice irréparable si ces ordonnances ne sont pas accordées.
Dans la référence no 36 de 2020, Paul Rusesabagira c. Le Procureur général de la République du Rwanda allègue que, le défendeur.
1.actes d’enlèvement
2.restitution extraordinaire des Émirats arabes unis au Rwanda,
3.3.détention arbitraire du requérant
4.procès inéquitable
5. Et la violation des droits fondamentaux en vertu de l’article 6, point d), et de l’article 7, paragraphe 2, du traité portant création de la Communauté de l’Afrique de l’Est.
