Il est bien rentré à Conakry, comme il le souhaitait. Moussa Dadis Camara, l’ancien président de la République de Guinée, en exil au Burkina Faso depuis plus de 10 ans, est arrivé à Conakry ce mercredi.
Lors de son discours au salon d’honneur de l’aéroport, Moussa Dadis Camara a réitéré sa volonté de voir se tenir au plus vite le procès sur les évènements du 28 septembre 2009, dont il est le principal accusé.
L’ancien chef de la junte militaire en Guinée est accueilli, à son arrivée à l’aéroport de Conakry, par le directeur général de la police nationale de son pays, Malick Koné.
“Je m’en voudrais de ne pas admirer en toute honnêteté et franchise les avancées considérables prônées par les nouvelles autorités du pays dans le dossier du 28 septembre 2009”, dit-il d’emblée en abordant le sujet sur lequel il était attendu.
“Je voudrais encourager la tenue de ce procès qui serait non seulement un ouf de soulagement pour les familles des victimes, mais aussi pour le peuple de Guinée et plus particulièrement la communauté internationale qui attendent depuis plus de dix ans que les responsabilités des uns et des autres soient définitivement situées pour la mémoire des victimes de ce douloureux évènement, pour le respect des institutions de la République et pour la vérité de l’histoire”, poursuit-il.
L’ancien chef de l’Etat a également exprimé sa volonté de dire sa part de vérité sur “ces douloureux évènements” qui ont fait plus de 150 morts et plus d’une centaine de femmes violées, mais aussi de se mettre à la disposition de la justice de son pays comme il l’a toujours souligné lors de son exil au Burkina Faso.
“Je suis entièrement, comme je l’ai toujours été, comme bons Guinéens et Guinéennes le savent, prêt à dire ma part de vérité dans ce dossier du 28 septembre et prêt à me mettre à la disposition de la justice car nul n’est au-dessus de la loi, afin que plus jamais ce genre d’évènement ne vienne plus endeuiller la Guinée”, assure-t-il.
Moussa Dadis Camara a aussi remercié le président du Comité national de rassemblement pour le développement (CNRD), le Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya, l’actuel président de la transition en Guinée.
Le Capitaine Moussa Dadis Camara n’a pas oublié de remercier le peuple du Burkina Faso qui lui avait donné l’asile.
Il a aussi remercié ses nombreux partisans qui se sont déplacés pour l’accueillir à son arrivée.
Evelyne Dadis Camara, la fille ainée de l’ancien président s’est aussi réjouie du retour de son père et a remercié le Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya et le gouvernement pour avoir facilité ce retour.
