Pendant ce temps, l’héritage de la violence au Rwanda et en Russie est voué à se poursuivre.
Au pouvoir depuis plus de 20 ans, les dirigeants despotes du Rwanda et de la Russie, à savoir le général Paul Kagame et Vladimir Poutine, ne montrent aucun signe de retraite.
