Quatre personnes sont décédées et deux autres grièvement blessées dans une fusillade survenue, ce vendredi 17 juin, au poste frontière appelé « Petite barrière », à Goma (Nord-Kivu).
Selon des sources locales, parmi les tués il y a deux militaires et un civil rwandais qui tentait de traverser au Congo aurait aussi été tué pendant la fusillade et le tireur, un homme non identifié, habillé en tenue militaire.
Ce dernier a été abattu par un membre des forces de l’ordre du Rwanda, en poste du coté rwandais de cette frontière, à Rubavu (Rwanda)
Les mêmes sources disent ignorer encore les mobiles ayant poussé ce tireur à ouvrir le feu à ce poste frontière.
A l’heure qu’il est une vive tension est perceptible dans le quartier Birere.
