Le Sommet de Luanda s’est achevé ce mercredi en début d’après-midi par un point de presse des 3 Présidents : F. Tshisekedi de la RDC, de J. Lourenço d’Angola et P. Kagame du Rwanda.

L’objectif était d’aider à restaurer la confiance entre les deux pays voisins. La tripartite a décidé d’un processus de désescalade entre la RDC et le Rwanda.

Cet objectif se fera graduellement via une feuille de route dite de Luanda axée sur la relance de la commission mixte RDC-RWANDA qui ne s’était plus réunie depuis plusieurs années. Cette commission va tenir sa première rencontre le 12 juillet prochain à Luanda en Angola.

La feuille de route stipule notamment une volonté de normalisation des relations diplomatiques entre Kinshasa et Kigali.

Elle prévoit aussi la cessation immédiate des hostilités et le retrait immédiat et sans condition du M23 de ses positions en RDC.

On note également que la feuille de route stipule le retour dans leur pays d’origine des réfugiés et aussi le texte précise que toute exploitation des ressources naturelles dans la région doit se faire dans le strict respect de la souveraineté des Etats.

Kagame a tout accepté reste de voir la mise en application de ces aveux et promesses!!
