Kagame a dompté la « Grande-Bretagne » autrefois puissante.
Le dictateur rwandais est déjà le commandant en second de Sa Majesté Charles III, chef du Commonwealth. M. Kagame est l’actuel président en exercice du Commonwealth. À ce titre, Kagame représente le Commonwealth lors de réunions internationales de haut niveau. Plus important encore, il est chargé de renforcer le travail de prévention et de résolution des conflits du Commonwealth.
