J’AI RÉFLÉCHI ET RÉFLÉCHI ET JE ME POSE TOUJOURS DES QUESTIONS: Quelle stratégie de communication peut être utilisée pour contrer la discrimination du FPR à l’égard du peuple hutu?

Les gens ne se rendent pas compte que la stratégie du FPR consistant à banaliser l’histoire des Bahutu, fait partie de son plan visant à dépouiller la communauté hutu de toute considération et de toute dignité. En les présentant comme les responsables des malheurs historiques, le FPR trouve le moyen de les faire taire, de créer en leur conscience, un sentiment de honte et de les rendre détestables aux yeux de la communauté internationale.

Avec cette stratégie, les Bahutus ne peuvent rien revendiquer en tant que citoyens et même, en tant que personnes humaines au même titre que les autres humains.

Kagame répète plusieurs fois ces mots : “On a demandé aux rescapés du génocide de faire l’impossible “leur pardonner”! Pardonner à qui ? Les Hutus !

En vertu de cette politique de représenter les Hutus comme les porte-malheurs à la nation Rwandaise, les Hutus sont, ainsi, contraints d’accepter ce cliché de la barbarie qu’on leur colle sur le front et dans le sang suivant la philosophie de gouvernance mise en place par le FPR Inkotanyi disant que : tout Muhutu est nourri à l’allaitement de la haine (Abahutu bonka ingengabitekerezo ya jenoside mu mashereka ya ba nyina).

Par conséquent, tous Bahutu sont obligés de se faire comprendre que leur coexistence dans la société rwandaise, dépend des faveurs que les victimes tutsis leur accordent!!!

Les Hutus, sont-ils conscients de cette stratégie ?

Pour moi, l’urgence pour les Bahutus,n’est pas de lutter pour un changement de pouvoir au Rwanda, mais de lutter contre cette discrimination très structurelle qui s’est même institutionnalisée dans les instances internationales, de sorte que toute forme d’injustice faite aux Hutus est bien considérée comme méritée!!
