Ubumwe abanyarwanda dukeneye ni ubwashingirwa ku butegetsi bushingiye ku mategeko akurikizwa.Butera ibyishimo n’ umunezero wo kubaho mu banyarwanda bose, bwunamura icumu bugaca akarengane, bukimakaza urukundo , n’ amahoro mu banyarwanda bose.
Ubwo bumwe dushaka ntibwaba bwuzuye mu gihe dukomeje kunena no gusuzugura abatwa bene wacu.
Uwazana ubwo bumwe: Ubwo bumwe dukeneye buzazanwa n’:
– Ubutegetsi buhumuriza abatutsi ku bwoba n’ impungenge baterwa na demokarasi ishingiye kuri nyamwinshi y’abahutu aho gushingira ku bitekerezo byiza byibarutswe n’impaka zibereye mu mucyo no mubwisanzure.
– Ubutegetsi buhumuriza abahutu ku bwoba n’impungenge baterwa n’igitugu, uburyarya n’ iterabwoba bashyirwaho na nyamuke y’abatutsi,kamarampaka yabyo ikaba kalachnikov.
– Ubutegetsi butirengagiza abatwa bene wacu n’abandi bose twita«banyamuke».
– Ubutegetsi burarama bugatanga ubutabera n’ amahoro kuri bose butabogamye.
Icyabangamira ubumwe twifuza:
