Meanwhile,the Encyclopaedia Britannica says that Kagame “studied at Makelele University in Kampala” in Uganda.
David Himbara former friend of Kagame says he well know that“Kagame dropped out of high school” and has been fighting ever sinse 1979-in Uganda,Rwanda,DR Congo,Central African Republic,and now in Mozambique; Put it another way,Kagame has been fighting non stop for 42 years.
