Kayibanda akoresheje diporomasi u Burundi bwihanangirijwe n’akarere ndetse n’umuryango Mpuzamahanga bubuzwa kongera guhirahira bufasha Inyenzi gutera u Rwanda kuko yabashije kwerekana ko ntacyo zirwanira uretse gusa kuvuga ngo twavukanye imbuto tugomba gutegeka mwabyanga mwabyemera! MRND yo yananiwe diporomasi ndetse iha n’Inyenzi impamvu nyinshi yashingiyeho itsinda muri diporumasi.
6. Igisirikare,ubutasi,diporumasi,poritiki bya MRND nta cyerekezo byagiraga mu gihe abahejwe bo batasinziraga MRND yari yiryamiye nk’aho nta kibazo gihari.
