Umucamanza yavuze ko iburanisha rizakomeza ku munsi w’ejo ku wa kane, uyu mutangabuhamya ahatwa ibibazo n’uruhande rwunganira Kabuga.
Yanavuze ko hari gahunda yuko mu gihe kiri imbere ubuhamya nk’ubu buzajya butangirwa i Kigali, aho kuba i Arusha, mu rwego rwo kunoza imikorere.
