“Bonjour, c’est Christine.
Depuis plusieurs années, je souffrais de diabète de type 2.
Mon poids avait augmenté, je me sentais souvent fatiguée et je devais me piquer plusieurs fois par jour pour surveiller ma glycémie.
Pas vraiment une vie de rêve.
Mais ce qui me rendait le plus triste, c’est quand je devais refuser du gateau pour l’anniversaire de mes petits-enfants et qu’ils me demandaient “mais mamie, pourquoi tu ne manges pas comme nous ?”
Ça me brisait le cœur…
Sans compter le stress d’aller voir mon médecin. A chaque fois il me faisait peur en me parlant des complications du diabète: maladies cardiaques, amputation…ou même devenir aveugle !
Le pire, je crois que c’était la nourriture. Plus rien n’avait du gout et j’avais souvent l’impression de manger du carton.
Mais avec le temps, je me suis résignée. Après tout, il y a plusieurs diabétiques dans ma famille, donc je me suis dit que c’était mon destin.
Pourtant un jour, une très bonne amie m’a envoyé une vidéo. Elle m’a dit qu’on pouvait mettre fin au diabète naturellement.
Évidemment j’étais sceptique…si c’était vrai, pourquoi mon docteur ne m’en avait jamais parlé ?
Mais après tout, je n’avais rien à perdre alors j’ai regardé cette vidéo.
Et je dois dire que j’ai été très surprise !
A l’intérieur, j’ai appris qu’un médecin américain d’une prestigieuse université a trouvé un moyen naturel et efficace pour normaliser la glycémie, grâce à ce qu’il appelle une “méthode oubliée”.
Et ses patients arrivent à se libérer de leur diabète, dans presque 100% des cas.
J’ai donc suivi les recommandations de cette vidéo, sans trop d’espoir je dois l’avouer.
Pendant les premiers jours, je n’ai pas vu beaucoup de changements, mais j’ai décidé de continuer quand même (surement mon caractère de bretonne).
Et après quelques semaines, ma glycémie a commencé à baisser: je me sentais moins serrée dans mes pantalons, et j’avais aussi plus d’énergie.
Après quelques jours de plus, j’ai même reçu des compliments de mon mari. Il me disait que j’avais “bonne mine”. En voilà une bonne nouvelle !
Après un mois, j’avais un rendez-vous de routine chez mon médecin. Et bien il a été “extrêmement surpris” (ce sont ses mots) par mes chiffres de glycémie. J’étais à 103 en allant le voir, à 9h30 du matin.
Depuis, je revis. Plus de piqures dans les doigts, plus de stress pendant les repas.
Et je me suis même autorisé du gateau au chocolat pour l’anniversaire de mon petit fils. Il était ravi.
