M. Ishimwe a été accusé de viol, de sollicitation ou d’offre de faveurs sexuelles et de harcèlement contre les participants au concours.
Il a nié toutes les accusations la semaine dernière.
Le juge a déclaré qu’il n’y avait pas suffisamment de preuves pour accuser M. Ishimwe de viol.
Mais le juge a déclaré que le suspect ferait face à des accusations de sollicitation de faveurs sexuelles et de harcèlement sexuel.
Les accusations contre M. Ishimwe sont parmi les sujets les plus discutés parmi les Rwandais sur les plateformes sociales.
Le gouvernement rwandais a suspendu la semaine dernière le concours de beauté Miss Rwanda suite à l’arrestation de son organisateur.
