Une lettre de la Secrétaire générale de la Francophonie, la rwandaise, Louise Mishikiwabo, adressée au président de la République, Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi était piégée à la cyanure, un puissant poison.
Sur les réseaux sociaux, l’affaire avait été ébruitée, poussant à approfondir des investigations. Il y a bel et bien eu un courrier destiné au premier d’entre les Congolais qui contenait du cyanure.
Les auteurs de cet acte avaient minimisé le degré de vigilance des services de la présidence de la République congolaise pensant que l’enveloppe ne subirait pas un traitement approprié.
La lettre ne venait elle pas du Secrétariat de la Francophonie? Son caractère urgent n’allait-il pas donner lieu à une expédition rapide auprès du destinataire? C’est en étant dans cette logique que les ennemis de la RDC ont procédé.
Échec et mat ! Ils n’ont pas pu déjouer la vigilance des services de la présidence de la République congolaise. Le pays a frôlé la catastrophe dans la mesure où, ces forces obscures qui opèrent pour le compte de Kigali et leurs alliés, ont décidé d’utiliser tous les moyens possibles pour déstabiliser davantage la RDC qui se prépare à organiser son quatrième cycle électoral pluraliste. Ce qui est inimaginable au Rwanda et en Ouganda, notamment.
En organisant des actions de déstabilisation de la RDC, les services de Kigali discréditent la Francophonie sous l’œil complaisant de la France. Il n’est plus loin, la période de la remise en question de la participation de la RDC à cette organisation qui ne profite en rien au peuple congolais.
